The stresses of college, work, and just life in general can be hectic and overwhelming. It's important to take the time to refocus and Refresh. We are a group of young adults committed to pursuing Jesus together. We meet together to encourage one another, study scripture, and worship. Community is so vital to our spiritual health. If you are a young adult and need that community, we invite you to join us.
Refresh is for anyone 18 - 35ish!

We meet every other Tuesday at 6:00 p.m.
